All about Thyristor

The name 'thyristor' is derived by a Combination of the capital letters from THYRatron and transISTOR. International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in 1963 decided the definition of Thyristor as under:

(i) It constitutes three or more pn junctions.

(ii) It has two stable states, an ON - State and an OFF State and can change its state from one to another. Thyristor is a four layer, three - junction, p - n - p- n semiconductor switching device.

Magnetism ek physical phenomenon hai jo moving charges ya magnets ke interaction ki wajah se hota hai. 1. Magnetism ki Basic Definition Magnetism ek attractive ya repulsive force hai jo magnets aur magnetic materials (iron, cobalt, nickel) ke beech hoti hai.
