Magnetostriction ka full concept
Transformer mein Magnetostriction ek aisi ghatna hai jo tab hoti hai jab transformer ke core mein magnetic field badalta hai. Magnetostriction ke karan core mein chhote level par physical deformation (viroopan) hota hai, jo mainly core material (iron ya steel) ke magnetic properties ke karan hota hai. Magnetostriction ki Paribhasha:
Magnetostriction ek aisi process hai jisme ferromagnetic material jaise iron ya steel ke atoms magnetic field ke effect se apni position mein halka deformation (badlaav) karte hain. Ye change material ke size aur shape mein hota hai jab uspe ek magnetic field lagaya jata hai.
Transformer mein Magnetostriction ka impact:
Jab transformer ke core mein alternating magnetic field generate hota hai, toh ye core ke ferromagnetic material ke andar magnetic domains ko realign karta hai. Magnetic field ke har cycle ke sath, ye domains apni position change karte hain, jisse core mein chhoti vibrations (kapan) hoti hain. Isi process ko magnetostriction kehte hain.
Magnetostriction ke Result:
1. Noise (Hum) ka Utpan Hona:
Magnetostriction ke karan hone wali vibrations transformer se ek sound (hum) generate karti hai, jo aap aksar transformer ke pass sunte hain. Ye sound 50 Hz ya 60 Hz frequency par transformer ke operation ke dauran hoti hai.
2. Mechanical Stress:
Magnetostriction se hone wale physical deformation transformer ke core par mechanical stress daal sakta hai. Agar ye stress zyada ho jaye, toh core mein cracks ya doosri problems aa sakti hain.
3. Losses:
Halanki Magnetostriction se directly energy loss nahi hota, lekin isse hone wali vibrations aur noise mechanical energy ke roop mein waste hoti hai, jisse chhote motey nuksaan ho sakte hain.
Magnetostriction ko Kaise Kam Karein:
1. Core Material ka Chayan:
Transformer core ke liye aisi materials ka use kiya jata hai jisme Magnetostriction ka effect kam ho, jaise ki special types ke silicon steel ya ferrite core.
2. Lamination:
Transformer core ko patli sheets (laminations) mein divide kiya jata hai, jisse magnetic field ke karan hone wale eddy current aur loss ko kam kiya ja sake. Ye process Magnetostriction ke effect ko bhi reduce karti hai.
